Salads are a great way to start at any lunch or dinner. I think because of the cold season and allergy, I’m less attracted to cold food and more attracted by the comfort of food. So what do I do? I entertain different ways to make salads more than a practical food
to appease the taste of me and my family who are always creative,
refreshing and healthy!
Hi folks, Yes, I know, rabbit food, salads are not your first choice. But
oh, if your salad had a voice, that would mean on all the healthy
fibers, vitamins and fodder that is excellent for your digestion.
The
daily requirement of vegetables, fruits and grains combined in many
ways make foods in vitamins and minerals more complete and enjoyable to
taste, the best!
Select and choose a salad that is sweet and salty in the mouth, WISH YOUR TASTE. Salads are a sweet way to eat more fruits and cereals, or substituted and improvised, or compounded as full meal option, too! *** I have listed some salads that offer rare, nuances to create or enjoy more salads. There
are several ways to hide more fiber, grain, or their tasty salad plates
that have a strong impact on the daily nutritional requirements of the
additions.
Add some of my favorites or investigate and add some of your own additives for optimal balance of vitamins and minerals.
* Coleslaw and carrot salad of pineapple-all raw, and when mixed with
vinegar and olive oil are tasty and easily paired with chicken, or even
with barbecue ribs.
* Cold potato salad – potatoes cooked with black olives, cumin, olive
oil and vinegar – as a side dish accompanied with tasty meat or
whatever.
* Apple-celery-blueberry salad I have an excellent recipe and add nuts. It’s very good! Put a piece of lettuce and a spoonful of my salad on top and garnish
with a small spoonful of dried coconut. Serve with meat or chicken
* Fríos bean salad- cold beans of your choice with spices and oils and refrigerated makes a great side dish. Serve with meat or chicken

Cold Beet Salad Add balsamic vinegar, or whatever you prefer, chopped
herbs and spices and serve with a spoonful of green for extra vitamin
absorption.

* Cold carrot salad carrots in current slices added, blueberries and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with meat or chicken

Cold lentil salad – Cook lentils, season, as usual, let the rest to
cool and serve topped with chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley and salad.
Serve with meat, chicken or fish.
Cold Couscous Couscous Salad cooked and cooled with spices, chopped vegetables, herbs and spices. Serve with meat or fish.
Salad
before, during or after dinner, as some cultures prefer, it is a wise
way to add more fruits, vegetables and more fiber to your meals.
You can find a more tasty way to improve the taste, it can also be a subtle way to increase your fiber intake.
